Daniel joined the Ajilon Group in 2003; he has consistently delivered and progressed upwards through the organisation to the point where he successfully launched the Ajilon Consulting Executive Search practice. Daniel has a superb knowledge of the consulting market and has led numerous campaigns particularly in Public Sector consulting and across sectors in the fields of organisational change and performance improvement.
Daniel has a highly developed understanding of the challenges facing the public sector and a keen interest in how organisations utilise their workforce to maximum effect. Daniel has a proven ability to understand clients’ businesses and uses this knowledge to partner with clients to drive through recruitment campaigns.
