Terms of use

Ajilon Consulting is a trading division of Modis International Limited. (“We”, “Us”, “Our”). We are registered in England and Wales under company number 01625479 and have our registered office at Millennium Bridge House, 2 Lambeth Hill, London, EC4V 4BG. Our VAT number is 232 3479 75.

We are a limited company and a member of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (Membership Number 00056785). We operate as both an employment business and an employment agency and are subject to the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003.

We provide you with access to our website, whether as a guest or a registered user for the purposes of recruitment in relation to our normal business practices as both an employment business and an employment agency (We reserve the right to use our discretion as to whether a particular role is suitable for a candidate and which companies within the Adecco Group UK&I). Please read these terms of use carefully before you start to use the website. By using our website, you indicate that you accept these terms of use as a legally binding contract and that you agree to abide by them. If you do not agree to these terms of use, please refrain from using our Website.

For the purpose of the Data Protection Act 1998 (the Act), the data controller will be the Adecco Company with which you have registered for the purposes of securing temporary or permanent recruitment opportunities.

Accessing our website

Access to the Website is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on our website without notice (see below). We will not be liable if for any reason our website is unavailable at any time or for any period.

From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts of our website, or our entire website, whether a user has registered with us or not.

Acceptable use

Candidates or potential candidates may use the Website for lawful purposes when seeking employment. Candidates shall be able to search any roles on the website and apply to such role. Candidates shall be given the option of registering themselves onto the website in order to increase functionality.

Advertisers shall be permitted to use this website for the purposes of recruiting staff. Advertisers shall be able to search the database for possible candidates and be able to contact such candidates via telephone or e-mail or directly though the website.

Prohibited use

You may not use our Website for any of the following purposes:

  • infringing the rights of, restricting or inhabiting anyone else’s use and enjoyment of our website;
  • disseminating any unlawful or otherwise objectionable material;

The following advertisers shall not be permitted to use this website for recruitment purposes in any way: Any company outside of the Adecco Group UK&I or its partners in relation to Recruitment Process Outsourcing, Managed Provides or any other organisation that the Adecco Group UK&I identify as partners.

We do not carryout any vetting (for eligibility, skills, experience, qualifications etc) processes for candidates wishing to register on our website.

We do not check for any typographical errors etc.
